“I lived in Avasa Spring Branch in 2025 and i could’nt be more happier. I will highly recommend this community to anyone moving to Houston. A Very well maintained community and very classy. Did not have any maintanance issues but even small requests are quickly addressed by the service team.
The community amenities are top notch. My favorite was the apartment overlooking the pool. Again always well maintained.
The community office staff is very friendly and responsive.
I would not have moved out if not for my job transfer. If I ever move back to Houston, Avasa Spring Branch has to be my home again.

“I had the pleasure of touring the complex with Allison and she was great! She was very accommodating, patient, and was very transparent. She answered all of my questions and has an amazing attitude. She went out of her way to show us the unit we would be moving into even though we weren’t scheduled to since we’d had a previous bad experience with another complex.
While we toured the complex was clean and organized. They have valet trash but there wasn’t any trash out in the hallway. The amenities were clean and tidy. Had the pleasure of bumping into their maintenance team and they were super friendly too! Will be moving in two weeks!!!”
